The distribution of letters, parcels and the press is ensured 6 days a week. We continue to ensure the proper application of health prevention measures in all our sites by acting within the framework set by the national authorities with respect for social distancing, the wearing of compulsory masks, frequent cleaning of vehicles, equipment and workspaces. In application of these preventive measures, we adapt the collection of signatures during the delivery of your letters or parcels. Colissimo implements all means to ensure delivery of your packages within deadlines in accordance with its service offer. Since March 1, 2021, COGIMAR-AB has been able to guarantee delivery times for parcels for national and international shipping.
However, our delivery times are still impacted by health measures (in particular barrier and distancing measures) and by the need for organizational arrangements for the teams of letter carriers and deliverers in order to comply with these measures, the guaranteed delivery time. will be increased until further notice to D + 3 instead of D + 2. Regarding international shipments to 39 destinations with, usually, a time commitment, the delivery time guarantee for these packages remains suspended until further notice, in connection with traffic and air capacity restrictions.
